By allowing recruiters to customize the assessing process using AI, they can tailor interviews to meet their specific needs. 

The Scopic Solution

The Scopic team leveraged use of Natural Language Processing (NLP) to revolutionize how developers are assessed and hired.  

Scopic built Codeaid’s AI interviewer to include features to generate comprehensive skill-based questions, allowing recruiters to specify required skills and question types for tailored interviews. The AI tool also analyzes candidates’ CVs to develop more profound, insightful questions, allowing assessors to understand the candidate’s capabilities in-depth. Scopic also provides flexible scheduling and AI-facilitated sessions, making the process more convenient for candidates. Additionally, the AI tool evaluates and grades interviews, providing comprehensive insights that enable recruiters to make quick, informed decisions.
