The Challenge
Finding the right rehab facility can be frustrating as the process is often too long and inconvenient. This is one of the main reasons people struggling with addiction feel demotivated to seek treatment. Additionally, treatment centers find it hard to collect all needed patient information as the process is not streamlined.
The Vision
Rehab Angels is a web application that helps simplify the process of finding rehab facilities for both patients and rehab centers. It allows users to search and filter a comprehensive database of rehab facilities across the United States and submit an inquiry about booking a stay. It also enables rehab facilities to become Featured Listings on the website.
The Scopic Solution
To create a user-friendly, effective solution, Rehab Angels teamed up with Scopic to create a simplistic yet powerful solution that caters to both users and treatment facilities.
For users, facility data is sourced via the SAMHSA API and displayed in a searchable, filterable database that helps them easily explore treatment options. The intuitive user interface guides them through a simple inquiry form, after which a Rehab Angels team member follows up directly.
For rehab facility owners, they can now verify ownership of their listings and, once approved, access a secure portal where they can manage their profiles, update content, and add photos to keep their listings accurate and up to date.
To promote the web app, we also implemented a few marketing initiatives.
