Scopic built a booking platform for Summit Fitness Studios that lets members find, book and manage classes across all locations, with AI-powered recommendations that match each member’s goals and schedule.
The Challenge
Each studio used its own booking tool, so members who trained at more than one location had to manage several accounts. Popular classes filled up quickly, while others stayed half empty, and staff had little insight into member preferences. The company needed a single platform that worked across all studios, handled busy booking times smoothly and felt personal to each member.
The Vision
Summit Fitness Studios wanted to make booking a class as easy as opening an app. The goal was to give members one simple place to plan their week, while helping studios fill more classes and understand what their members enjoy.

- One account for every studio: Members book, reschedule and cancel classes at any location from a single profile
- AI class recommendations: A generative AI feature suggests classes based on each member’s goals, history and availability
- Smart waitlists: Members are notified automatically when a spot opens in a full class
- Reliable performance: Hosted on AWS to stay fast during morning and evening booking peaks
