The company envisioned a way to improve Bellevue and Seattle Home CRM’s functionalities. They aimed to increase user satisfaction by making their CRM platform easily accessible and flexible. Their upgrade sought to involve:

The Scopic Solution

Scopic extended the Client’s existing CRM platform by implementing a PowerDialer module. Using Twilio cloud communications platform services, we added module communications functionality such as Voice, SMS, and Call forwarding. The UI/UX was implemented using the latest technologies, leveraging popular layout frameworks and a modern visual approach. The dialer UI was rendered as a popup dialog on the screen.
