Our financial team has created a recruiting dashboard powered by Klipfolio which reviews a company’s historical hiring process. The goal is to provide an overview of the number of job openings, advertising initiatives, referrals, interview activities, new recruits, and recruits’ geographical location. Moreover, it also provides historical information about the efficiency, retention, and success rates of new hires.
