The Challenge

The traditional hiring process is tedious, inconsistent and inefficient, particularly failing to assess candidates’ technical aptitude. It also proves to be time-consuming for the recruiter and the interviewee as it fails to assess the candidates’ technical skills. Codeaid saw an opportunity to make the process more efficient, pleasant and less time-consuming for all parties involved. The goal was clear: a solution that could automate and streamline the process while ensuring high-quality candidate assessment.

Scopic collaborated with Codeaid to develop the AI Interviewer tool, an innovative AI-driven solution designed to transform the recruitment landscape. This tool facilitates seamless interview scheduling, generates skill-based questions tailored to candidates’ CVs, and conducts real-time evaluation of interviews with AI grading. 

The Result

The implementation of the AI Interviewer has significantly boosted recruitment efficiency at Codeaid. Since its launch, the tool has invited 471 candidates, successfully graded 294 candidates, and optimized the entire recruitment workflow, making the process more consistent and cost-effective.  Here’s how the AI Interviewer assists technical recruiters:
